Countdown Day 7

Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!

Today is the finish up of the base cabinets and the wall cabinets.

The base cabinets continued to go in nicely. Did some plumbing under the sink to (eventually) hook up the dishwasher and the sink once it is delivered. That went well. The CPVC plumbing is pretty easy to master, at least compared to copper (IMHO, of course).

The wall cabinets were next

Those too went in pretty easily. If they look big and heavy, that is because they are. Solid plywood construction and solid hardwood (maple) doors make for sturdy furniture; and I think these are worthy of being called furniture.
